this book because it is long and also
interesting.

by Nancy Krulik. It’s about Becky, Susan
and Katie. Becky copies Susan in about
everything. Becky even takes Susan’s report

detailed. Will Becky ever stop copying

True Tales of Animal Heroes by Allan
Zullo. It’s about heroes who don’t always
have to be human. For example, there was a
16 year old boy who did not listen to his
father and went out to the forest and got
lost and it started to rain. What animal
will save him or will he be saved? Also a
girl was almost attacked by a shark. Did
anyone see her? Will she be saved? The
genre of this book is informational. I
recommend this book to people who love
animals. I bet you will be amazed how smart
and caring animals can be.

getting a new gym teacher and hears rumors

tragedy happened. A reporter wants to take
a picture with his family. Will everybody
find out about his long lost secret? Tune

realistic fiction. I recommend this book to
you because it’s a thrilling story.

about a doll named Annabelle and her aunt is
missing. Annabelle wants to find her aunt.
But then she meets a friend. Her friend is
a plastic doll named Tiffany. Anyway,
Tiffany is her best friend and together they
make a perfect team. As a perfect team do
they find Annabelle’s aunt? Read to find
out! I like it because it teaches a lesson
about friendship.

Eragon by Christopher Paolini. It’s
about a boy named Eragon who finds a very
queer blue stone which hatches and turns out
to be an egg of a dragon. Eragon is now
part of the dragon riders. The dragon
riders have had only one person right now,
the evil king Galbatroix. Eragon has to
beat his shade Durza before he can beat
Galbatroix. Will he beat Durza? Read this

fantasy. I like it because it is
suspenseful.

Dangerous Path by Erin Hunter. A
Dangerous Path is about a warrior cat
named Fireheart. Fireheart is the deputy
and is needed more than ever because
Bluestar, the clan leader, is convinced that
StarClan, their warrior ancestors, has
turned their back on ThunderClan and every
ThunderClan cat is a traitor. There are
four clans in the forest, each clan with
their own personality and quality. There is
ThunderClan, they are fierce and brave,
WindClan is swift and loyal, RiverClan is
clever and strong, and ShadowClan is wily
and proud. Tigerclaw, the traitor who
killed the old ThunderClan deputy so he
could become deputy and attempted many, many
times to kill Bluestar, has become
ShadowClan leader. One day Fireheart sees a
trail of fresh kill leading to the
ThunderClan camp. The trail of fresh kill
has Tigerstar’s scent on them and dogs have
found it and are following it. Fireheart
comes up with the only plan to let the dogs
chase them and lead them to the gorge and
climb up a tree and let the dogs fall over.
Will Fireheart’s plan work or will his trap
catch his clan mates instead? I recommend
this book because with every paw step, there
are more dangers and mysteries, and they are
all solved in an exciting conclusion.

Magyk by Angie Sage. It’s about a
family, the Heaps. Their beloved son,
Septimus, the seventh son of a seventh son,
is taken away the night he is born, said to
be dead by the midwife. The same night, the
baby’s father, Silas, finds a beautiful
newborn girl with violet eyes. The Heaps
take her into their care and name her Jenna,
but who is this mysterious girl, and what
really happened to Septimus? The genre of
this book is fantasy. I like this book
because it is very exciting and urges
readers onward.

Eloise takes a bath by Thompson and
Knight. This book is about a girl named
Eloise who is taking a bath and explaining
all of the things to do, but because of all
the water, she is causing the ball room down
below where Mr. Salomone is having a ball,
to flood. Will the ball be saved from
flooding? Read to find out. The genre of
this book is fiction. The reason I chose
the book was that it was very funny.

who stole Bigs’s sled before the sled race?

mystery. I recommend it because I think it
is a suspenseful book.

And to Think That I Saw It on Mulberry
Street by Dr Seuss. It’s about a little
boy and his dad always tells him to keep his
eyes open and see what he can see but he
made up what he saw. He is going to say he
saw an elephant, two giraffes, airplanes
throwing down confetti and a lot of other
things. When he gets home will he tell his
dad the made-up story or what he really
saw? I recommend this book because it
teaches a lesson not to lie.

Green Eggs and Ham by Dr Seuss.
Green Eggs and Ham is about a guy named
Sam who is trying to make a guy like them.
He says to try them but he will not eat
them. Then one day on a boat with Sam he
tries it. Will he like green eggs and ham?

because it is funny, cool and awesome.

Space Rock by Tom Biller. It’s about a
guy named Bob. It all starts when his
project was due. All he had to do was to
buy a postcard and tie it to a balloon and
let it go. So, when school was over he
walked home, but he found a weird rock so he
put it in his pocket. When he got home he
wanted to go to bed but he heard a mouse.
It was the rock. He said that he had to
go back on a ship, so did he get on the ship
the next day? Read the book to find out.
The genre is fantasy. I recommend this book
because it is very funny, descriptive,
colorful and creative.

is J.R.R. Tolkein. It is about a hobbit who
has to bring a ring to a volcano. They have
to battle orks! There are castle battles
like Helm’s Deep and Menes Tearith. The
reason I picked this book is because it has
a whole lot of action in it.

Dangerous Book For Boys by Hal Iggulden.
This book is about making cool tools and
gadgets. I learned to make tree houses, bows
and arrows, and go carts. It also tells you
about ancient history. If you want to build
a tree house read to find out how! I
recommend this book because its the perfect
book for boys to make cool stuff. The genre
is obviously informational.

This month I read
The Magic School Bus Insect Invades by
Ann Capeci. This book is about a class
learning about insects. And two people
brought in class pets. But they don't know
what to eat and what their homes are like.
So they go on a field trip to find out that
stuff. But they trip down the bus stairs and
their bug Spot, Whirly, and Fang got out and
they go on a big adventure to find them.
