Math Homework

The Home Link book is where most of the math homework will be coming from. Sometimes I will assign supplementary enrichment work. If you wish to provide additional activities from the daily lessons, go to my Everyday Math Page for online activities. I also expect that students practice their facts each night.

If you'd like extra practice with each chapter, click here to print out some problems.

Writing Homework

When writing prompts are assigned, I expect them to be a complete page, neatly written and fully edited. Most writings are monthly memories, in which I hold onto until the end of the year when the kids put them together to make their own yearbook accounts. Students will write letters to their parents on most Fridays, so I suggest holding onto those letters, so that the kids can go back to them when it's time to write their Monthly Memories. Students can also use the Classroom Reporters page, to help them remember certain events.
