Monthly Reading

Book Club Lunch
 All students are required to read for 15 minutes a day, Monday through Thursday. If students read for more than 6 hours in a month, they are invited to attend a special Book Club Luncheon, in which we all eat together as we discuss books read during that month.

Reading Calendars
Each month, I will assign students a certain genre of book to read. They are to read at least one book of that genre (nothing too easy), and then can read any other book of choice for the remainder of the month. They will record their reading on a reading calendar and tally up their total reading time for the month.
